Why We No Longer Do Business with Amazon.com
t was a long time
coming. We did not want to sever our relationship with the largest
e-commerce site in the world. But we just had to do something. Let me
explain. First, we were not
pleased with the policies of amazon.com in regards to how the online
retailer made its purchases from us. It seems that amazon.com would insist
on massive discounts for even the purchase of one book. And amazon.com
wanted us to also pay the shipping. We could not afford to continue to do
business with them. Second, we
found that amazon.com is selling books that advocate homosexual
pedophilia -- that's right, folks... books that promote so-called
"consenting" sexual intercourse between adult men and young boys.
Don't believe me?

had to say in a recent article about the problem.

Within
minutes of reading the article, I decided this was the last straw. I
fired up my web authoring tool and posted this page with our new amazon.com
policy. |
We will not do business with companies that
promote pedophilia.
Period. End of statement.
|
We will no longer sell our products
through amazon.com, even though our policy
costs us money. In the
words of one far greater than I --
Here I stand. I can take no other.
God help me.
And I think He will.
Let me know if you think I have made the right
decision. Our email address is

amazon.com"
image at the upper right. Post it to your own website. Email it to a
friend. Whatever...
By the way, you may occasionally find links on
amazon.com to some works currently published by Davidson Press (or
formerly published by Davidson Press) which, when clicked on, display a
message that reads something like "This title ships within five to ten
days." That message is, of course, computer generated, because
amazon.com does not have even one copy of even one of our titles in
stock, and their computer brazenly assumes that amazon.com will get
more copies from us to ship to you. Not so!
If you are able to buy copies of our works from amazon.com, rest
assured that amazon.com did not get them from us. They would have
to get them from another supplier who sold the books to amazon.com
without our permission.
